Additions and updates to all the content from my original two posts.

As a wheelchair user, someone with autism, and someone with intractable pain, it has meant a lot to me to see myself in the game. Representation is everything. So here's all the mods I have posted so far, with notes, better organized by type, with additions as well:

Master list of disability mods: on Tumblr, includes everything from mental illness awareness to neurodiversity items, surgical scars, canes, and hearing aids. I can't testify to how fresh every item is.

Another fine master list by snootysims, including hearing aids for toddlers to elders, a nasal oxygen tube, service animal items...and even disabled animals, so just a gut check.

Objects and Poses: Special shout-out for Ehlers-Danlos stability joint tape Also at this link: The Future is Accessible shirts, masks...and a shirt that some may find offensive, so just a heads-up.

Wheelchair pose pack, and another set of wheelchair poses

Wheelchairs, and walkersby the same designer

I originally posted Sunflower Petals' knee braces, ankle braces, surgical scars set 1, surgical scars set 2, wrist braces. SP now has 21 posts in their Disability and Health Patreon section, including diabetes items, roscea and other skin conditions, leg prosthetics, medical alert bracelets, life alert systems, crutches, and shower seats.

algu's disabled toilets pair well with these toilet door signs and all these bathroom aids and signs

Autism trait mod

another Autism trait mod

Falsehope's Autism trait mod, the one I am currently using. It hasn't been updated in a while, but is giving me no problems as of today, and I am a heavy mod user.

But I may switch to this one, unicornkitty's Neurodiverse Sims Traits Mod. I have to share the mod description here in full.

ASD Lvl 1, 2 and 3: Each ASD level includes changes to your sim's autonomous emotions, increases to certain mood durations, bonuses and limitations to select skills, and adjustments to how they respond to burnout. ASD Lvl 2 & 3 now include sensitive hearing to TV and Loud Radio and Overstimulation to specific Lot types!Dyslexia: Sims with Dyslexia will have difficulty with reading books and Writing.Dyscalculia: Sims with Dyscalculia will have difficulty with Logic, Robotics, Programming, Toddler-Thinking and Child-Mental Skills!Dysgraphia: Sims with Dysgraphia will have difficulty with their writing skill.ADHD: Sims with ADHD will affect your sim's autonomous emotions, they will have difficulty shaking off bored, angry and sad buffs and even get brain fog from Mental or Creative tasks!. However, Sims with ADHD will have an increase in creative-skill gain and a slow skill gain when attempting to increase the Parent-Skill.Fragile X Syndrome: Sims with Fragile X Syndrome will have slow skill gain on Social, Mental, and Logic. They will frequently obtain Focused or Inspired moods and have an increase in programming and creative skills!Late Diagnosis Milestone!

And that all includes infant to elder as appropriate. I am so impressed. I'll report back on my gameplay with it.

Lingering Malaise and Old Injury Traits (Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Pain)

Dale Deaf Reward Trait (yes, it's set up as a reward trait, I don't know why)

Deaf Trait + Non-verbal

I always have my eyes open for good, inclusive mods. Let me know what I have missed in the comments. I'll leave you with the awkward selfies of my autistic teen sim, Ophelia Spicer. She's so cute. And so familiar...Matchy-matchy because it's fun, no idea how to stand despite thirteen years of ballet, eye contact of a lizard, no selfie game...I'm just saying these developers know what they are doing. At this point I should just be honest and make her eyes green.
