I am in the process of moving my hosted website to Substack (no more WordPress hassling), and someone asked on Reddit about my disability in the Sims entries. So I thought I’d grab up all of my Sims entries and make one index here:

The Sims are an excellent source of creativity for writers. Set up your characters the way you see them, add their characteristics, and either move them around manually, or let them go and see what happens.

This is my writing office, unfortunately with the interface included. My late dachshund, Ellie, lives on in the game, still wearing her favorite hoodie in my favorite color. No, my real office doesn’t have cool brick walls, but it is covered in horror decor just like this. When I get a better picture of the whole thing (without the play interface, damn it), I’ll share, with a comparison photo of the real thing.
This is a picture I had a friend take at a music festival. I love this because of the stank faces on these other two Sims. Zoom in for extra gloriousness. Apparently I was being super-extra, or they thought it was weird that I came in a wheelchair but can walk. I get that a lot. It’s a miracle! :D
