30 years ago this week, the totality of an eclipse cut across Maine, and changed Dolores Claiborne’s and Jessie Burlingame’s lives forever. But did you know there was supposed to be a third character? Stephen King planned this to be a trilogy (or more, possibly), called In the Path of the Eclipse. Notice it hit Derry.
