Watching the Detectives

You know about Watching the Detectives, my novel-in-progress that is coming right along, that I have read from on the podcast? (It’s been simmering rather than cooking because I have to work around chronic illness and disability; my body dictates how much gets done, unfortunately. Same reason I don’t have a huge backlog on my beloved podcast. I do what I can with what I have.) Well, I have done some lovely editing on it today, plus written 3000 words, and I have organized plus written 1900 words on a new, secret collaborative horror project that I am so excited about! Sent those off to my fellow writer, and we are moving right along, hopefully this weekend. I am beyond thrilled, and cannot wait to tell you all about it.

I have been listening to my Detectives playlist—the music that either moves the plot or that the characters listen to—and I have to link and quote this one to start your weekend.
